However, we understand that due to some circumstances, you may be required to change the date or time of your visit to us.
Guests who purchased tickets from 02.09.2020 onwards
If you purchased tickets from 2nd September 2020 onwards, you will have access to the Booking Portal which will allow you to amend your visit date up to a maximum of 3 times (Subject to availability and terms and conditions)

If you are unable to visit on the day you have booked for, please contact us via Live Chat or send a message via our Facebook page and a member of the team will assist further.
Please provide as much detail on your booking as possible, including your order number from your confirmation email.
